I managed to force myself to go do this (motivation pretty low lately). I had to do a backstroke lap in the last leg of the first couple laps. Also, I think I did 6 100s instead of 5 (or 5 1/2... I keep losing count in the middle). Was dragging my legs for most of this, and pretty tired after... but at least I got back in the game.

Yarp. I did this at the gym right after I went to see Hot Fuzz at the movies (which was pretty funny). I did a couple accels of 15 seconds on the bike... didn't do any while running.
