Ok, so now I have 4 weeks until the Bartlett Lake Triathlon.  After what happened on Saturday, I think I need to focus a lot of my training time on cycling... I really want to get a trainer to get used to sitting on my real bike (still don't want to ride outside after my asthma incident a few weeks ago in the cold).
And my exercise bike is still broken... I'm not sure what I can do to fix it. Took the thing apart and found that the belt slips off the edge of one of the pulleys... and it looks like it will tend to do that / continue to do that.  I'm not sure if a new belt would help, or if I need to try to taper the pulley to stop it or what.
