did this wednesday on the trainer.  Seems like the stomach pains from tuesday are sticking around, I'm not pleased about that.
Wednesday:

did this on Friday at lunch.  1900m at 42 minutes.  2600m in the hour.
Thursday:
- run 1:00 (e2)
did this on Wednesday instead.  Ran 4.63 miles in 50 minutes (+ some before my watch could find the satellites).
Friday:
