Training Week 3 of 13 for Boise

Sunday
- off
Monday -- weight 225, still going the wrong direction
- swim :45 (form)
did 1500m total, 750@18 mins, 1200@32 mins
- run :45 (E2)
did this, treadmill, 1 degree incline, was @3 miles in around 40 minutes before cooling down
Tuesday
- bike 1:00 (form)
rode on the trainer while watching "Up in the Air", managed to stay riding for the whole hour straight, getting better
Wednesday
- swim 1:00 (E3)
managed to swim 2400m in the hour (maybe 1:01). was at 750m in 18mins, 1200 in 30, 1500 in 38, 1900 in 48.
- run 1:00 (form)
did this thursday morning instead, ran around 4.4 miles. I started off really well, but then had to switch treadmills because the sun was in my eye... the next treadmill seemed way faster at the same settings... so I'm not sure what to make of that.
Thursday
- bike 1:00 (E1)
did this on friday night, and only went :30.
Friday
- swim 1:00 (E2)
swam on Sunday, this was right after the run below, so I took it easy, managed only 1900m in the hour I think.
- bike 2:15 (E2)
also did this on Sunday while watching a movie. Probably only rode the trainer for 1:30-ish.
Saturday
- run 1:15 (E2)
ran on Sunday, went 5+ miles on the treadmill.
