This week is supposed to be a rest week, I ended up pushing a lot of stuff to the Sunday though, but close enough

 did this on wednesday.  only managed 30 minutes, my shoulder was hurting a little bit, but seemed to work itself out, but then my neck started in and I had to stop.
- run :30 (E2)
 did this on monday, ran 2 miles in 25 mins, then cooled down for the last 5... treadmill still, I'm afraid of the air outside.
Tuesday
- run :30 (form)
 did this wednesday evening.  Forgot my headphones, but for some reason the run seemed to go faster that way.  I ran 2 miles right off the bat at 12:00/mi.  Then mostly cool down.
Wednesday
- swim :45 (E3)
didn't do this one this week
- bike :30 (form)
did this on saturday
Thursday
- bike 1:00 (E1)
did this on the correct day... what a concept
Friday
- brick:  bike 1:30, run :30
did this brick on sunday watching the end of the Masters.  Went pretty well I thought for the first one
