Training Week 5 of 13 for Boise

Sunday:
- off (really did last weeks brick)
Monday:
- swim :45 (form)
think I went around 1300m while trying to work on different stuff
- run :30 (e2)
pretty normal treadmill run
Tuesday:
- off
Wednesday:
- swim :30 (e1)
did this swim on tuesday, I think I went 1300 in 30 mins, getting better.
- bike 1:00 (form)
nope
Thursday:
- off
Friday:
- swim 1:00 (e2)
nope
- bike 2:30 (e2)
I guess I did this on Saturday, but not for 2:30, probably more like 1:30. I was intending to do the 1:00 one, but I let Fox take control of my timer... he makes a good training coach. He would just pause the timer and go away for a bit, making me go longer.
Saturday:
- run 1:30 (e3)
did this run on Wednesday instead (since I wont be able to on sat)... think I only managed around 6 miles.
