1700m @38 mins, 1900m @45 mins, ended up doing 2500m total, and that was pretty well redlining as much as I could.

1700m @45 mins, 1900m @50 mins, stopped at 2100m @56 mins

didnt do this one
Saturday:

nope, went down to Phoenix instead. I did go golfing on sunday, thats at least some physical activity
