did this, worked on bilateral breathing, and it really helped a lot (or at least
I was a lot more comfortable breathing on my left side)

wanted to run 1.5 miles in 15 mins straight.... that didn't happen.  Think I ended up at 1.2 or so.
Tuesday:
-bike 1:00 (form)
yep, trainer
Wednesday:
-swim 1:00 (e3)
did around 53 mins, maintained 10 mins/400 m for the whole time.
-run 1:00 (form)
did this run on thursday, 4.6 miles in an hour.
Thursday:
-off
Friday:
-swim 1:00 (e2)
did this on sunday.  probably more like e3, I did 1900m in 45 mins again, 2500m in the hour.
-bike 3:15 (e2)
did this on friday on the trainer.  Only did around 2 hours I think.  I'm way behind on building up endurance on the bike (and still on real world riding on the bike)
Saturday:
-run 1:45 (e3)
did this on sunday after the swim.  I had some nice cramping at the start, so I walked the first mile in about 20 minutes.  After that I picked it up and ended up doing 6 miles in 1:20.
